What happens when I remove students from my course or school and I want to add other students, do I need to buy more accounts?
No. When you buy basic or Pro accounts they belong to you, so if you remove a student from your class or school we will 'demote' their account to a VoiceThread Free account and give the credit for their basic or Pro account back to you. So, if you pay for 70 accounts for a year, you get 70 accounts for the whole year, no matter who is using them.

Is there a charge for adding a user who already has a VoiceThread Pro Account?
No. If you add a VoiceThread Pro user, we will not charge you for them.

I already have a Pro account, can I get a discount?
Sorry, no. The Manager subscription includes a Pro account, which you can assign to anyone.
